Ramesses II
Ramesses II (c. 1303 BCE – 1213 BCE), also known as Ramesses the Great, was a Pharaoh of Egypt belonging to the Nineteenth dynasty, generally considered the greatest and best-known of all Pharaohs.
In 2012, he was included in a mnemonic set in Abstergo Industries' Project Legacy.[1]
Trivia
Ramesses was included in the Obelisks mnemonic set from the first chapter of the Rome pack as he was the original builder of the current Flaminio Obelisk, one of the Obelisks in Rome. It was brought from Heliopolis to Rome on order of the Emperor Augustus in 10 CBE. It was found and restored in 1587 by Pope Sixtus V, and erected in Piazza del Popolo.
