The Apollonian Blade

The Apollonian Blade was a sword found in ancient Greece, inspired by and dedicated to the Greek god Apollo.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra was tasked by an elderly woman in the Port of Kechries, Korinthia, to find a helmet in a tomb on the Foundry of Hephaistos. While looking for the helmet, Kassandra discovered this sword in a chest guarded over by a statue of a lion.[1]
