Prospero da Siena was a Borgia Tower captain in the Antico district of Rome. Quite paranoid, he stayed in underground caverns where he could try to run and escape at any attempt on his life. He was assassinated by Ezio Auditore during the Liberation of Rome. He was also the twin brother of Valentino da Siena and Pietro da Siena.
