Francesco Procopio Colteli (9 February 1651 – 10 February 1727), best known as Procopio Cutò, was a Sicilian chef.

In 1686, he opened the Café Procope, which went on to become one of the most prominent cafés of the 18th century, being a meeting place of many intellectuals.[1]
