The Pre-Trial Master of Accuracy was one of the three masters overseeing the Minotaur Pre-Trials which were part of Leiandros' scheme in the city of Lato in Pephka, Greece, during the 5th century BCE.
During the Peloponnesian War, the title was held by a farmer with three sons, among them his favorite Mikon. His wife was expecting their fourth child, and the farmer prayed the baby to be a girl, thinking that raising sons was "perhaps the greatest Trial of all", as he told the Spartan misthios Kassandra. After helping the farmer find his sons, the farmer granted Kassandra the Trial Token of Accuracy that he had.[1]
