Port of Lechaion

The Port of Lechaion was a port situated on the coast of the Korinthian Gulf which served as a port for the polis Korinth. Built during the reign of Periander, the port was connected to Korinth by long walls.

During the Peloponnesian War, the port was visited by the Spartan misthios, Kassandra. In addition, The Monger, a member of Cult of Kosmos, owned a warehouse in the port.[1]
