Peg Leg was a drunken sailor who resided in the Davenport Homestead dock during the American Revolution. Ratonhnhaké:ton collected trinkets in exchange for William Kidd's letters, which were in Peg Leg's possession.

Biography

Upon the restoration of Robert Faulkner's ship the Aquila, the Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton approached Peg Leg inquiring about Captain Kidd's treasure. Peg Leg told him that he was in possession of letters detailing the location of map pieces for the treasure, but would only give them to him in exchange for Peg Leg's 'trinkets'; 24 small treasure boxes located around the Davenport Homestead, the Frontier, Boston and New York City. As Ratonhnhaké:ton collected them, Peg Leg traded the letters.

Personality and characteristics

As the name indicates, Peg Leg had a wooden leg. At the time of meeting Ratonhnhaké:ton, he was middle aged. He had grey stubbles, an orange striped, woolly hat, a dirty beige top with a jacket, black striped trousers and a satchel.
