The Palazzo della Signoria is a building in Florence. The Palazzo is used twice in DNA Sequence 1: Ignorance is Bliss: The first time is when Ezio must climb the Tower to reach his father, Giovanni Auditore da Firenze, and find out why he's been imprisoned, and the second one is when Ezio must attend the Execution of Giovanni, Federico and Petruccio.

DNA Sequence 1

In Ignorance is Bliss, the player must reach the top of the tower, and talk to Giovanni. Giovanni tells the player that behind the Furnace in his office at the Palazzo Auditore is a secret room. Inside the room there is a chest, containing Giovanni's Assassin Robes, a Common Sword, a Broken Hidden Blade, a Codex Page and the Documents that need to be delivered to Uberto Alberti about the Auditore's release from Prison. Ezio goes and dons the Assassin Robes, Common Sword and the seemingly useless Broken Hidden Blade, and delivers the Documents to the Gionfaloniere, Uberto Alberti. The next day, Ezio goes to his Family's Execution, but finds Uberto leading the Trial and sentencing them to death by hanging at the Piazza Della Signoria.

DNA Sequence 5

Francesco de' Pazzi is using the Palazzo as a base during the Pazzi Conspiracy. After the Murder of Guilani de' Medici and the attempted Murder of Lorenzo de' Medici, Ezio travels to the Palazzo della Signoria and Assassinates Francesco.
