The Pacific Ocean is the largest ocean in the world. It is bound by Asia and Australia to the west, and North and South America in the east.

A solar wind on 21 December, 2012 caused volcanic activity and earthquakes in the Ring of Fire, but these died down quickly because Desmond Miles activated the Eye to shield the globe.
