Nergüi

Nergüi (1212 - 1279) was a member of the Mongolian Brotherhood of Assassins. While still an apprentice, the Mongolian Assassin Nergüi was captured. He was tortured while imprisonned, leaving his face permanently scarred. He was eventually rescued by Qulan Gal and Darim Ibn-La'Ahad when the two of them assassinated Gengis Khan.
Nergüi would go on to be an effective and influencial member of the Mongolian Assassins. His greatest achievement was the assassination of Hülegü Khan, in retribution for Hülegü's sacking of Masyaf and the destruction of the Levantine Assassins.
