The Myrmidon was the regular and most common  type of mind-controlled guards found in the simulations of Elysium, the Underworld, and Atlantis. Used by most Isu but mainly by Persephone, Hades and Poseidon, these guards often bore a sword. They were the most common type of soldier in the Isu garrisons, followed by the Wardens. Like the other types of soldiers used in the simulation, Myrmidons are mind-controlled humans, being kept in check with Torches of Hypnos.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra encountered a large number of these enemies during her travels in the simulations.

Trivia

• Their name is a reference to the Myrmidons, soldiers commanded by Achilles, the greatest Myrmidon, in Greek mythology.
