Mozambique

Mozambique, officially the Republic of Mozambique, is a country in south-east Africa.

By the first half of the 18th century, Portuguese forces had nearly abandoned Mozambique, and the territory was threatened by the Omani Arabs, particularly the Mazrui clan.
