Menkaure

Menkaure (died c. 2500 BCE) was a pharaoh of the fourth Dynasty of Egypt.

Menkaure was the son of the pharaoh Khafre and married his sister, Khamerernebty II. He supposedly brought prosperity to the Egyptian people and peace to the land, and was buried in the Pyramid of Menkaure.
