Luanda is the capital and largest city in Angola.

During the Seven Years' War, the Colonial Templar Shay Cormac sent barrels of food to allay the effects of a famine and gain leverage in future dealings with the Portuguese governor responsible.[1] Luanda came under their direct influence, though with the population still hungry, Shay sent additional provisions.[2]
