Le Havre is a commune and city in Normandy, France.

History

During the Seven Years' War, the Colonial Templar Shay Cormac sent spies to the city to investigate the French attack preparation and learn of its nature.[1] As the conflict intensified, the Templars requested additional spies be sent to the city.[2]
