Kumar is a Sage and an Instruments of the First Will member active in London, England in 2016.
At some point, Kumar claimed at Juno herself had left precise instructions on how to bring her back to life and provide her with a physical body hidden in the memories of specific subjects that Kumar managed to identify and order their abduction. As the leader of a group of Instruments that infiltrated Abstergo Industries, he had these individuals brought to the then-newly built Neo-Chemical and Medical Research Lab, including actress Regina Davies, who was considered the most important of the subjects.[1]
