Khnum was an Egyptian deity largely associated with being the source of the Nile. He is also thought to be the creator of the bodies of humans, molding them out of clay, giving him the moniker of the 'Master Sculptor'. He was usually depicted with the head of a ram.
In 48 BCE, The Sunken Temple of Ramses was explored by the Medjay, Bayek of Siwa, who was tasked by the Seer to recover a statue of Khnum in the ruins needed for a ritual.[1]
