Kett was a Egyptian farmer who lived during the reign of Ptolemy XIII.
Biography
Kett lived in the village of Siwa during the 1st century BCE. Like many villagers in the village, he relied on the spring in the from the Amanai Cave to receive water for his crops. However in around 48 BCE, the spring was later taken over by bandits, who claimed the spring as their own. The villagers were extorted in order to gain access to the spring itself.
When the Medjay, Bayek, returned to the village after a year, he was able to help Kett and the villagers to eliminate the bandits, thus freeing the spring to the village again. Kett expressed his thanks to Bayek, remarking that it was great to have their protector again.
