Karl[note 1] is the son of Miriam Kurtz, the ex-husband of Aileen Bock and the father of Seamus. Around 1980, his ex-wife led Abstergo Industries' Surrogate Initiative and used a sample of their son's DNA to relive the genetic memories of his mother's experiences during World War II.

Notes

  1. ↑ Karl's surname is unknown. His ex-wife and son use Bock while his mother used Kurtz, both German surnames. It is unknown which if either he used.
