Kara (weapon)
A kara is an Indian bracelet made usually of iron or steel, that can be used to signify religious association, as an arm-protector as well as akin to brass knuckles in close combat. Unlike the chakram, karas didn't have a sharp edge, nor are they used as throwing weapons.
