Jumao was a Pirate who served under Alonzo Batilla during the Golden Age of Piracy. Both were rescued from a Navy vessel by Olivier Lamarche, at which point they became pirates, him serving as quartermaster for Alonzo. [1]

Born in Isla de la Juventud, he was forced into slavery at the age of 8, along with his mother and brothers.
