The Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, originally the Manned Spacecraft Center, is a NASA facility in Houston, Texas, United States.[1] Among its many fields of study, the complex houses the Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science Directorate in Building 31, where engineer Samuel Smith works.[2]

In 2016, the Crew took an "open house" guided tour of the facility in order to infiltrate Building 31. There they found Dr. Smith working on NASA projects at his desk, with a Shard of Eden being used as a paperweight nearby. The group managed to distract Smith and take the Shard before leaving the facility.[2]
