John de la Tour was an Assassin who founded the American branch of the Assassin Brotherhood in British colonies.

• Connor can wear the outfit of de la Tour, the Colonial Assassin, with the Digital Deluxe Edition of Assassin's Creed III.
• Another original outfit that belonged to de la Tour was Achilles' Original Outfit. Before passing the robes down to Ratonhnhaké:ton, Achilles states that they originally belonged to de la Tour before he himself obtained them.
