Janissary Kilij

The Janissary Kijil was a sword obtainable by the Assassin Ezio Auditore during the Ottoman Renaissance. It was the primary weapon of the Janissaries, though it could be purchased at blacksmiths throughout the city of Constantinople.

Trivia

• Even though the weapon is only available in the shops after Sequence 6, Memory 4, it can be obtained earlier by picking up the weapon after killing a Janissary, provided Ezio does not have any sword or axe equipped.
• Kijil is a likely a misspelling of Kilij, which was a Turkish saber.
• There are a total of three Kijil designs in-game.
