J. Robert Oppenheimer.

J. Robert Oppenheimer (April 22, 1904 – February 18, 1967) was an American theoretical physicist and professor of physics at the University of California, Berkeley. He is best known for his role as the scientific director of the Manhattan Project that developed the first nuclear weapon, for which he is often referred to as the "father of the atomic bomb".[1]

An unsigned, undated Abstergo memo indicates that authorisation for Oppenheimer's atomic tests was granted by the Templars.[2] It is unclear if Oppenheimer himself was a Templar, only that the authorisation came from Abstergo and was relayed by Templars.

Trivia

Oppenheimer is known to have been against the creation of the atomic bomb and told Franklin D. Roosevelt this after its completion. He believed that one man with one bomb should not have the power to control the world. [citation needed]
