Gratian (359 – 383), born Flavius Gratianus was the Roman Emperor from 367 to 383.

Gratian possessed a villa in Grantebridgescire, after his death it was abandoned and by 873 had fallen into complete disrepair. The Viking Eivor later discovered the villa ruins on their way to rescue Birna, an associate of Soma.[1]
