Gilded Scythe

The Gilded Scythe was a scythe made and used in the 5th century BCE Greece. Though heavily adorned, the scythe was used as a weapon rather than a ritualistic tool.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found this weapon in the inventories of blacksmiths and looted it from bodies and chests during her travels throughout Greece.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Gilded Scythe, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as a number of other similar weapons in the same game, including the Champion's Axe. These are all the recycled model of Shark Fin, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
