A gang war in London

A gang war is any clash of two or more gangs vying for control of the same territory. Famously, in 1868 London, a number of these took place between the Assassin-affiliated Rooks and the Templar-affiliated Blighters, with the Rooks managing to conquer each of the city's seven boroughs, thanks to the efforts of Evie and Jacob Frye.[1]
