Saint Francis Borgia, S.J., 4th Duke of Gandía (28 October 1510 – 30 September 1572) was a Spanish Jesuit, Grandee of Spain and third Superior General of the Society of Jesus. He was the son of Juan Borgia and grandson of Rodrigo Borgia.

In 2012, Clay Kaczmarek included Francis Borgia in one of the Glyphs inside the Animus for Desmond Miles to find.
