Fort Boubastos was a Ptolemaic fortification located in Haueris Nome, Egypt.

In 48 BCE, the Medjay, Bayek of Siwa, travelled to the fort, where he assassinated the commander that had been extorting from the farmers in the Faiyum Oasis located west of the nome.
