Felicia Moreno was an individual whose genetic memories were used as an Animi Avatar by the entertainment branch of the Templar company Abstergo Industries, to influence the general public via the Animus game console, under the title of the Puppeteer.

- Felicia is a feminine derivate of the Latin adjective felix, meaning "happy, lucky". Moreno is a word used by the Spanish and the Portuguese to refer to a (male) person with a deeply-tanned skin. Morena would be the female variant; from mora, meaning "blackberry, mulberry", but also "Moorish".
