England is a constituent country of the United Kingdom, located east of Wales and south of Scotland on the island of Great Britain. England was the birthplace of many important people, most notably Templar Grand Masters King Alfred the Greatand Haytham Kenway, the Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye, and Assassin Shaun Hastings.

The capital of the United Kingdom, London, is located in southeastern England.
