The Akropolis of Karthaia was a temple complex located on the southeastern coast of Keos, Greece. The acropolis housed several sacred buildings such as the temples of Apollo and Athena.

Particularly in the temple of Apollo, who served as the divine protector of the island, public laws were recorded inside.

During the Peloponnesian War, the acropolis was visited by the Spartan misthios, Kassandra[1]
