The Akrokorinth was an acropolis above the polis Korinth in Korinthia, Greece. The immense hill was the site of the city's Temple of Aphrodite which was renowned for its hetaerae in the 5th century BCE.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, visited the Akrokorinth in search of information about her mother's whereabouts.[1]
