Aizu (Japanese: 会津) is one of the regions of the Fukushima Prefecture located in the Northeast of Japan.

The region was created during the Nara Period by Empress Genshō, but during the Tokugawa shogunate it was an feudal domain, during the Meiji restoration it became part of the Iwashiro province before becoming part of the Fukushima Prefecture.
