David Jones was an English-born Sage that lived during the mid-20th century. In the 1970s and 80s, a few scattered reports of a man resembling a Sage surfaced. He was said to be "otherwordly", "extraterrestrial", and "possessed by multiple personalities" though these reports have proved inconclusive. His current status is unknown.

In an archived conversation from 30 May 2014 between Melanie Lemay and Àlvaro Gramática, it is mentioned by Lemay that Jones was a singer.

• David Jones is most likely a reference to the British singer David Bowie, whose real name is David Robert Jones. Darby McDevitt jokingly addressed Bowie as a Sage in some statements.
