David Collins was born on July 13, 1962 in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA as David R. Collins. He is an actor, known for The Incredible Hulk, Shoot 'Em Up and To die for. In 2017, Collins portrayed the voice of the Egyptian priest Hetepi the Lizard.
