This electrical device is an ingenious adaptation of an industrial pulley, powered by a dry cell. Orelov can use it to quickly climb toward ceilings, and to apply strong pulls from a distance, to break objects, tow vehicles or active levers. The device is also equipped with a high-voltage delivery system that can short-circuit electrical machines or lights.
