Once the right hand of Kimura Kei, loyal Tomeji swore to watch over his master's daughter no matter their mutual animosity. After Kei's death, he became Yukari's enforcer, enacting her will on the population on Awaji.

A man of few words and fewer emotions, he longs for release from the overbearing burden of serving a master he has come to hate.
