The Dark Gauntlets were an armor piece in 5th century BCE Greece.
They were rewarded to the Spartan misthios Kassandra after she rescued the woman Bryce from the wrath of a fearful mob that accused her of murdering her lover Ligeia, and escorted her to the Petrified Valley.[1]
