Curved Obsidian Blade

The Curved Obsidian Blade was a sword made of obsidian in the 5th century BCE Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the sword was in the possession of a client of the Korinthian hetaera Damalis. While the Spartan misthios Kassandra distracted the man with questions regarding his involvement with the Monger, her friend Phoibe snuck into the man's home and stole the sword among other things. Phoibe later gave the sword to Kassandra as they went through the client's possessions.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Curved Obsidian Blade, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Barbed Blade, another weapon in the same game. These are both the recycled model of the Thorn, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
