Ciampino
Ciampino is a city and commune in the Metropolitan region of Rome, Italy.
History
At 6:44pm on 1 September 2012, Abstergo Industries agents landed in Rome with a captive Desmond Miles, whom they had kidnapped from Brooklyn,[1] New York, and forced to board their plane. After landing in an unmarked hangar, the agents moved Desmond into a car and took him to the company's Rome facility for use in the Animus Project. The hacker group Initiates later collected the security footage of the transfer and posted it to their secure private network.[2] This same information was later added to an Abstergo Entertainment research analyst's personal tablet by the Assassins in 2013.[3]
