Chester Swinebourne was a British Templar and a thief operating during the 19th century.
Biography
Sometime during the 19th century, Chester Swinebourne became a henchman of the Templar Grand Master Crawford Starrick. Having a connection with the police force, Starrick used him as a contact to steal from London's government. Swinebourne was skilled enough to maintain incognito with his secret operations in the police.
In 1868, he became a target of the Assassin Jacob Frye in partnership with a fellow Templar Maxwell Roth, locating Swinebourne in Scotland Yard and kidnapping him.
