Central Intelligence Agency

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is a civilian intelligence agency of the United States government responsible for providing national security intelligence assessment to senior United States policymakers. The CIA also engages in covert activities at the request of the President of the United States.
However, since the United States government is controlled by the Templars, the CIA serves Templar interests as well.
The CIA orchestrated the 1973 Chilean coup d'état, when president Salvador Allende was killed and General Augusto Pinochet, a Templar, took power.
The CIA, along with the British secret service, overthrew the Iranian government of Mohammad Mosaddegh and helped the Iranian Shah take absolute power. They also funded and trained his secret police, the SAVAK.
