The Cento Occhi (English: Hundred Eyes), were a group thieves and bandits in the employ of Cesare Borgia, which rivaled those of La Volpe's guild.

Unlike La Volpe's guild, the Cento Occhi preyed upon the poor of Rome. In 1503, their leaders were systematically wiped out by Ezio Auditore da Firenze as they trained at the Circus Maximus.

The Cento Occi attack randomly, most commonly in Rome's more natural areas, the Antico and Campagna Districts. The Cento Occi generally appear in large numbers, and more frequently ambush Ezio in areas still under the Borgia influence, near Borgia towers. They fight similarly to thieves and are usually encountered on thief missions.
