The Celtic Cloak was a cloak that the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan discovered in late 9th century Ulster, Ireland. Alongside the Celtic Cloak, Eivor attained the rest of its set from her journey through Ireland's regions.

During her time in Ireland, Eivor traveled to the fishing village of Inch Lough Neagh. Within the village, Eivor noticed a small Irish soldier stronghold. Probing the stronghold, Eivor noticed a chest in a red tent inside the area. Opening the chest, Eivor found and collected the Celtic Cloak.[1]
