The Cearrwell River is a river in Oxfordshire, England, located near the borders of Gloucestershire to the west. The river is connected to the Awry River in the north.
In the 870s, the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir occasionally led members of the Raven Clan on raids along the river from aboard her longship Sea-Chariot.[1]
