Caius Galerius was a member of the Roman senate during the reign of king Romulus. In 717 BCE, he took part in an assassination plot against the king, acting as the spokesmen for Thresu, a prominent member of the Cult of Uni, within the city of Rome, operating in the shadows to recruit enough traitors for the plan.[1]
