The Acquedotto Claudia is a major aqueduct located in the city of Rome. It was constructed between 38 and 52 AD, but soon fell into a state of disrepair, and by the time Ezio Auditore arrived in Rome, it was split in two and could not transport water to the city of Rome. Ezio then restored the aqueduct so the water could reach the city of Rome.

Trivia

It is the location of one of Subject 16's rifts.
