Boris Yeltsin (1 February 1931 - 23 April 2007) was a Templar, and the first President of Russia, in office from 1991 to 1999. He was the mentor of Vladimir Putin, a fellow Templar. He is notable for dissolving the Soviet Union after the reforms of Mikail Gorbachev, and making Russia a more Capitalist nation.
